Should Jordan Valley Rodeo Call Off Horse Roping Event??

The Jordan Valley Big Loop Rodeo is planning to move forward with its horse roping event. Less than a year ago the Oregon Legislature banned horse tripping for entertainment.  According to them Horse Tripping is different than horse Roping. What do you think?
