Hate Crime Involving A Horse – PLEASE SHARE – Lets Catch This Person!

This hate crime involving an innocent horse happened in Walworth, NY off Atlantic Ave sometime one the night of July 20th. The owner found this when she went out to feed today. Animal Control and the State Police have been called. If you have ANY info please contact NYS Troopers in Williamson 315-589-2046 with any information that can help them charge the person or persons that did this.
