We have all seen service dogs working and taking care of their humans. But what about service horses? Southwest Airlines is now allowing miniature horses as service animals on their flights. The Guide Horse Foundation reminds us once again that horses are NATURAL guide animals. Horses have been leading humans for ages.

There are huge advantages to guide horses that prove that they may actually be superior to dogs for guiding and service purposes. Horses have longer lifespans, they have great vision, incredible memory, focused demeanors, they are naturally safety conscious, they are high stamina, and also sport good manners. And also… they are freakn cute!
