28-year-old Robert Borba was in the Walmart parking lot when he heard a woman yell that her bike had been stolen. He jumped on his horse in the parking lot, roped the thief, tied him down, and waited for the police to get there. He said, “If it was my wife or my little girl I hope somebody would help her.”
