Police Officers Attempt To Catch Loose Miniature Horses – Complete Chaos

Two loose miniature horses were roaming through the street when law enforcement attempted to catch them.  It’s pretty clear that these officers are not “horse savvy” and while I’m sure they were doing the best they could, their techniques could use a little help.
