ABOVE AND BEYOND: Reporter Alex Savidge KTVU came across 2 PG&E workers who took the time to help a group of horses, who’d been left behind as flames swept through Middletown California north of San Franciso. Even though Stanislaus Wiecek and Jeff Wolford had plenty of downed power lines to deal with, they took a couple minutes to feed the horses some apples and give them water. Some owners were not home when the fire started and weren’t allowed back to their properties. Many had only minutes to clear out of this remote area.
