He Spent His Last Eighty Dollars To Save This Plow Horse’s Life – Together They Wrote History!
On a snowy day in 1956, a beat up plow horse was for sale at an auction. He was purchased by a kill buyer because no one wanted him. The man had already loaded him into the truck when a farmer arrived to the auction late. He had gotten a flat tire in the snow storm. He saw the beat up horse in the truck looking at him and gave his last $80 to save his life. He named the horse “Snowman”.
That beat up plow horse had a hidden talent and the man who purchased him had a hidden dream. Together they made history! They won hundreds of competitions and blue ribbons. They appeared on television and they were even in Life Magazine. For this man and his amazing horse, dreams did come true.
