Norco, CA is considered “Horse Town USA” and horses are given a wide range of privileges that you won’t see in the average town, or even the average horse town! Many of the shops and restaurants have places to tie your horse or even corrals out front. Stacy Westfall decided to test out the Starbucks drive thru while in town.
