News: Rita Crundwell Pleads Not Guilty To Wire Fraud

Rita Crundwell pleaded not guilty in federal court today.  She’s charged with one count of wire fraud, part of what prosecution says was a misappropriation of $53 million.  The federal government has filed another suit to take possession of her horses (more than 300).  A status hearing for both cases is set for June 15.
